I ordered this as a gag gift for a friend while he was in town visiting.
I paid for expedited shipping on the order so it would arrive before he left.
The product didn't ship for two weeks - what in the world was the point of even offering expedited shipping on a product that..you still have to wait to get shipped to you? That when it ships in two weeks it arrives a day sooner?
I emailed the support email multiple times asking for a refund - before the product even shipped and after my friend had left - and have heard literally nothing back from this company. The product didn't even arrive at my house after it DID ship. That's how bad this company actually is.
Just worthless all around.
